We are a Berlinian law firm existing since 1967. Since almost 50 years we serve national and foreign clients for represention before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) in Munich an Berlin, before the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich, The Hague (Netherlands) and Berlin, as well as before the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in Geneva (Switzerland). Further, we represent clients from all over Europe before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO, formerly Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, OHIM) for obtaining European Union Trademarks and European Designs.
